Official Policy of PrinterCare Support LLC • Effective & Current for 2026
At PrinterCare Support LLC, we are committed to transparent, professional technology care, business formation guidance, and IT management. This Refund & Cancellation Policy governs all service agreements, memberships, one-time charges, software licensing, and B2B services conducted across PrinterCare and authorized service channels.
Clients who purchase an ongoing annual Professional Care agreement (Essential, Advanced, Premium, or Family / Elite Care) may request a cancellation and refund within fifteen (15) calendar days from the Agreement Sent Date / Service Start Date. After 15 calendar days, prepaid service fees are non-refundable for the remainder of the committed term, except where required by mandatory law.
If PrinterCare technicians have performed initial diagnostics, remote system optimization, network configuration, or active troubleshooting during the 15-day window, a standard non-refundable labor and engineering service fee of USD $250.00 per serviced device will be deducted from any refund. This fee reflects actual technical labor, specialist time, and secure remote infrastructure allocated to the client.
Digital software licenses, third-party antivirus suites, endpoint detection seats, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace licenses, product keys, domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party SaaS seats are strictly non-refundable once issued, delivered, provisioned, or activated. Because digital software licenses cannot be reclaimed or de-allocated once registered with distributor databases, fees allocated for third-party software are non-refundable under all circumstances.
Fees for one-time diagnostic sessions, standalone printer configurations, ad-hoc technical troubleshooting, and single-incident assistance are non-refundable once the remote session has commenced or technical labor has been delivered. If a technician determines that an issue cannot be resolved due to physical hardware failure, diagnostic fees are non-refundable as they compensate for technician time and diagnostic analysis.
B2B Managed IT contracts, MSSP cybersecurity retainer blocks, and digital marketing advisory sprints are billed in advance for dedicated engineering allocations and reserved technician capacity. Fees for active monthly or quarterly billing cycles are earned upon cycle commencement and are non-refundable. Cancellations of recurring B2B agreements must be submitted in writing at least thirty (30) days prior to the next billing cycle.
Statutory government fees (including state Secretary of State filing fees, expedited state processing charges, and registered agent annual filings) are paid directly to state authorities on your behalf and are strictly non-refundable once submitted to state filing systems. PrinterCare formation coordination fees are non-refundable once corporate name clearance and filing documentation drafting has commenced.
PrinterCare Support LLC assists with the configuration of automated cloud backup routines upon client request, but does not operate forensic cleanroom data recovery facilities. Clients remain responsible for maintaining access to their credentials and verified cloud accounts. Service cancellations or refund requests cannot be predicated on pre-existing physical drive corruption or hardware component failures.
Refund and cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to billing@novaqy.com or support@novaqy.com with your transaction or invoice reference. You may also contact our billing desk directly at +1 (833) 613-8638. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to payment processor and banking settlement schedules.
