Terms of Service

Official Agreement of PrinterCare Support LLC • Effective & Current for 2026

Welcome to PrinterCare Support LLC. By accessing our public website, purchasing service plans, or engaging our remote managed services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and the applicable Professional Practice Care Service Agreement.

1. Service Scope & Remote Delivery Exclusions

PrinterCare provides remote managed technology, cybersecurity, software management, and business formation guidance. On-site office visits, physical hardware repairs, replacement part sales, and custom software development are explicitly excluded from standard scope. Services are delivered via secure encrypted screen-sharing and remote management tooling with customer authorization.

2. Service Plans, Pricing & Multi-Year Prepayment Terms

Service plans and starting reference rates are published on our website and formalized in signed customer agreements. Multi-year commitments receive pre-payment discounts (10% off for 3–4 years; 15% off for 5–10 years). All rates are quoted in US Dollars (USD) and represent flat-rate commitments documented in advance.

3. 10-Year Plan & Lifetime Nominee Benefit

A 10-year plan is a ten-year prepaid service entitlement. Described as "Lifetime with Named Nominees", the customer designates named nominees who may succeed to the customer's unused portion of the prepaid ten-year entitlement following the customer's death. It is a succession benefit, not an unlimited or perpetual service obligation.

4. Fair Use Policy

Services are intended for reasonable, lawful technology management for covered devices and users. Fair use is not a hidden hourly cap; PrinterCare will not use this policy to avoid performing services expressly included in the written scope. Requests materially exceeding scope or requiring out-of-scope labor will be transparently scoped and quoted in advance.

5. 15-Day Cancellation Window & $250 Service Labor Deductions

Annual Professional Care service agreements include a 15-day cancellation window from the Agreement Sent Date / Service Start Date. If diagnostics, system configuration, or remote technical assistance has already been delivered, a standard labor fee of USD $250.00 per serviced device will be deducted from any refund.

6. Strictly Non-Refundable Digital Software Licenses & Product Keys

All digital software keys, antivirus subscriptions, security suite seats, Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace licenses, and third-party SaaS seats are strictly non-refundable once issued, delivered, or activated. Because digital license keys cannot be recalled from vendor distributor databases once provisioned, software licensing fees are excluded from refunds under all circumstances.

7. Non-Refundable One-Time & Diagnostic Charges

One-time setup fees, baseline environment discovery audits, single-incident diagnostic triage, and ad-hoc troubleshooting sessions are non-refundable once technical labor commences or has been delivered.

8. B2B Retainers & Enterprise Service Terms

B2B Managed IT agreements, MSSP cybersecurity retainer blocks, and digital marketing consulting services are governed by written Statements of Work (SOWs) and billed in advance. Recurring monthly or quarterly charges are non-refundable once the billing period commences. Written notice thirty (30) days prior to renewal is required for termination.

9. Cloud Backup Configuration & Data Recovery Limitation

PrinterCare assists clients with the setup, monitoring, and synchronization of automated cloud backup systems (such as OneDrive, Google Drive, or cloud storage repositories). PrinterCare is not a forensic cleanroom data recovery provider and does not physically extract files from mechanically failed hard drives. Clients remain responsible for maintaining administrative access to their cloud accounts and verifying data completeness. PrinterCare shall have no liability for data loss arising from pre-existing hardware failures or third-party cloud service outages.

10. Hardware Sales & On-Premises Repair Position

PrinterCare does not market retail physical hardware sales or on-premises repair services through our standard remote service agreements. While we coordinate with vetted third-party partner networks for physical hardware procurement and on-premises repairs when required, these services are governed by separate partner agreements and warranty terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Except to the extent mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer's jurisdiction apply, these Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to PrinterCare services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
